| Cynthia Brook has been in
the fitness business for over 20 years. Her principle
motivation for getting involved in exercise was not
athleticism, but the trauma of being the "fat kid" as
she spent her adolescence going up and down in weight.
Fed up of being depressed and tired
of wearing a big T-Shirt on the beach to go into the
water, while other young woman her own age wore cute
bikinis, she decided to take her life and health into
her own hands.
With perseverance, diet and exercise
(there are no secrets just different approaches) Cynthia
achieved her goal and lost 60 lbs.
Cynthia is now a full time personal
trainer and focuses on sharing her experiences and
success with her clients. She is currently certified by
the AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America and
ACASP (American College of Anti-aging Sports Medicine
Professionals).
