The Fitness Evaluation assesses
patients' flexibility, strength, cardiovascular
condition, body fat and Body Mass Index. Once the test
is completed, Cynthia is able to prescribe the type of
physical activity and diet that enable patients to improve
their identified
weaknesses.
Cynthia instructs patients on an
individualized basis teaching them how to perform the
exercises properly in order to attain the maximum
results without injury.
Patients who have consistently
attended her training have improved on their stress test, bone
density and also lost a percentage of body fat. Her
programs have worked for men and women from ages 8 to 91 years
old.
Cynthia has worked and
currently works with patients that have had: Arthritis,
Osteoporosis, Heart Condition, Fybromyalgia, Diabetes,
Obesity, Hypertension, Post Cardiac Conditions, Gastric
By Pass, Total Knee Replacement and Shoulder Injuries.
She has also worked with patients as part of a Cancer
Prevention program.
